Avenue 3 is part of the revitalized historical district of Chattanooga's Southside, part of the downtown urban project, walking distance to the free electric shuttle, restaurants, shops and more.  It is expected to be the first housing project in Chattanooga to obtain the Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Certification.  With views of Lookout Mountain and downtown Chattanooga and the convenient location of so many nearby amenities, it might surprise you that these units are also affordable.  We're currently offering several incentives for qualified homebuyers, including the Jefferson Heights incentive, a first-time homebuyer incentive, and an artists incentive.
