Incentives

Avenue 3 offers outstanding incentives to their purchasers, including incentives made available through the Chattanooga Neighborhood Enterprise (CNE) and the developer--LIN Homes, a division of LMF Holdings, LLC.

The first 14 owner-occupied purchases at Avenue 3 are eligible to receive a $10,000 incentive and other seller-provided incentives.

Federal HOME Funds in the amount of $25,000 are available toward the purchase of a home at Avenue 3 to the first four pre-sales that qualify according to family size and income. HOME Funds incentives are available to buyers whose total household income does not exceed 80% of the Area Median Income (AMI) for Hamilton County.

Also available is the Jefferson Heights incentive, which is funded by Lyndhurst Foundation. There are no income limits on this incentive, which is between $3,000 and $10,000 and is prorated. This incentive is available on a five-year term during which the home must be owner-occupied for the full term.

The ArtsMove incentive of $15,000, also funded by Lyndhurst Foundation, has no income limits. Qualified recipients of this incentive must be artists approved by Allied Arts. This incentive is available on a five-year term during which the home must be owner-occupied for the full term. This incentive is pro-rated over five years.
